Your Role: Initially, you will divide your time evenly between working a caseload of either mixed ages or adult clientele in community settings, to your managerial responsibilities. Your managerial repsonsiblities will include but is not limited to; Recruiting and onboarding new clinicians in the team Providing clinical supervision and support to junior occupational therapists Facilitating meaningful, evidence based professional development sessions on an ad-hov basis Working with the director in providing suggestions for further quality improvement of services Benefits: Salaries starting at $100,000 - $140,000 Super depending on your experience Minimum $2500 PD allowance for external training Flexible start and finish times - manage your own calendar WFH options for admin tasks (this includes report writing, caenotes and liaising with external stakeholders on behalf of your clients) $7,500 Travel/ Car Allowance Work laptop and phone provided NO BILLABLE TARGETS - Work within a uniquly built "productivity model" designed in collaboration with allied health practitioners, to recognised the time spent on additional tasks often negated by other practicies to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
